Social work college debate – BASW and the College of Social Work…

Earlier this week, visitors to the Compass social work jobs fair in Birmingham were treated to a debate on what professionals want from a social work college. 

The session featured Hilton Dawson, BASW Chief Executive, and Maurice Bates, Co-chair of the College of Social Work, two organisations who have had conflicting views on the future of a college or the profession.
