Social work training for Liquid consultants…

Our consultants have been brushing up on their knowledge of social work with a visit from a local authority Service Manager.
The Manager, who works in the Children and Families Services department at a local council, visited Liquid Personnel this week to host a special training and Q&A session with all of our recruitment consultants.
At Liquid, a strong knowledge of social work is essential for our consultants in order to provide the best possible service to our applicants and clients, and they take part in regular field visits to learn more.
This session was the latest in a series, and provided a great insight into the practical day-to-day workings of a busy and demanding social social work team. The rare opportunity to have key questions answered by an experienced service manager proved to very valuable, and enjoyable for our team.
