Here are Liquid’s office opening hours and payroll processing dates for the Christmas and New Year period of 2011-2012:

Office Hours:

• Fri 23rd December 2011 – Normal Office hours
• Mon 26th December 2011 – Closed
• Tues 27th December 2011 – Closed
• Wed 28th December 2011 – Open 9.00am to 4.00pm (limited cover)
• Thurs 29th December 2011 – Open 9.00am to 4.00pm (limited cover)
• Fri 30th December 2011 – Closed
• Mon 2nd January 2012 – Closed
• Tues 3rd January 2012 – office re-opens with normal hours

Payroll Processing:

Week Ending 18th December 2011
Approved Timesheet Due: Tue 20th Dec at 4.00pm
Payment Date: Fri 23rd December

Week Ending 25th December 2011
Approved Timesheet Due: Wed 28th Dec at 12.00 noon
Payment Date: Fri 30th December

Week Ending 1st January 2011
Approved Timesheet Due: Tue 3rd Jan at 4.00pm
Payment Date: Fri 6th January

As usual any hours approved or timesheets submitted after the deadlines will not be processed and will be carried over to the next pay run.
