Job Description:	Our client provides a range of Children and Family Services to the Surrey and South West London areas and is now seeking experienced Child Protection Social Workers for their Long Term Child Protection Teams in various locations across the County.   This is an exciting time to join the service as they are steadily improving their star rating and Ofsted reports and are widely recognised across the sector as having second to none training, career development and excellent supervision for their Social Workers.   As an experienced Child Protection Social Worker, you will be involved with safeguarding children under the Child Protection or Court Frameworks. These positions require skilled and analytical communicators who are able to convey difficult information in clear terms to families, or describe complex cases and care plans succinctly in written form. This role requires you to confidently undertake risk assessment and management, direct work with families and other professionals to implement child protection plans, chairing core group meetings, completing S37 reports and following through with legal proceedings.
