Your Support Team

At Liquid Personnel, we understand the challenging nature of social work, and look to provide support in whatever way we can.  Your dedicated consultant will be easily contactable, and on hand to provide support and advice throughout your time with us.  In exceptional circumstances, we can also give you access to a team of 10 experienced social workers for informal telephone support, or a counsellor to call on when dealing with a particularly upsetting case.

Social work is such a vitally important job in any community, large or small. As such, we believe your valuable skills and contribution to society should be rewarded with the best possible wages. This is why our rates of pay are regularly reviewed and always come out above the industry average.

Holiday Pay

As a Liquid Personnel employee, you will be entitled to 24 paid holiday days per annum.
