NAAS Coordinator - Social Worker - Birmingham - £32.33 per hour

Working hours: full time, however they can offer agile home working /office working when needed for meetings, supervision and training sessions

We have a new requirement for a NAAS Coordinator to join the highly acclaimed and recognised Practice Academy at Birmingham Children's Trust. This is a newly created unique role to assist further growth and development to strengthen the support to the students and newly qualified social workers as well as continued L&D for existing workforce.

The Practice Academy are looking for a NAAS Coordinator to act as the Educational Lead in the academy. This position would suit an experienced Children's Social Work Practitioner who has developed skills and experience in delivering training / education in recent years.

They successful NAAS Coordinator will be skilled, experienced and confident to lead in the following:

* Project management
* Training design and delivering accredited programmes
* Act as an operational lead in delivering the NAAS programme
* Supporting the Practice Academy team in strengthening and delivering our post qual pathway programmes
* Ideally will be NAAS accredited if not, then will be expected to become NAAS accredited as supported by the Trust

Requirements as a NAAS Coordinator - Social Worker include:

* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
