As a Resourcing Assistant, you will be responsible for;

* Posting job advertisements on to the Liquid Personnel website and external job websites, ensuring they are well-written, accurate and appealing
* Screening applications to identify suitable candidates
* Adding and updating candidate records on the database
* Using CV databases and other sources to find suitable candidates for our vacancies
* Ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and customer service are maintained throughout all communication and interactions with candidates
* Supporting with and contributing to email marketing activities
* Building positive working relationships with the sales teams and the rest of the business

Required skills or experience:

* Previous administrative or customer service work experience
* Organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
* Good written communication with excellent spelling and grammar
* Good verbal communication skills
* Professional and hardworking attitude
* Team player, demonstrating positivity and enthusiasm
* Applies high standards to their own work and wants to excel
* Desire to learn, improve and take on new skills
