Assistant Team Manager - Children with Disabilities - Swindon - Up to £47,016 per annum

Working Hours: Part Time

We are currently looking for a social work qualified Assistant Team Manager to join a Children with Disabilities Team based in Swindon.

Our client recognises that disabled children are more likely to be abused than their non-disabled peers, and have created a bespoke service comprised of highly motivated and specialist social workers with experience in both safeguarding and disability.

Although experience of working with disabled children would be advantageous, we are primarily looking for an Assistant Team Manager with a sound background in supervising social workers and social care workers in the support pod within the team.

Essential requirements of this Assistant Team Manager role include:

* Degree or equivalent in Social Work
* Registered with social work England
* Previous management experience
* Eligible to work in the UK
