Team Manager - Safeguarding - Northamptonshire - £48,729 - £53,494 + £2,200 Recruitment Bonus

We are currently recruiting for a social work qualified Team Manager to join a Safeguarding Team based in Northamptonshire.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with others, developing and maintaining partnerships and multi-agency working, and you will be committed and motivated to help children and families change their lives for the better.

Responsibilities of this Social Work Team Manager role include:

* Lead a social care team ensuring that all children's outcomes are improved and that they are safeguarded effectively
* Ensure prioritisation and screening of work across your team
* Demonstrate your expert practice in complex situations when making decisions and managing higher levels of risk
* Recruit, supervise and appraise your team and ensure all team members have the relevant skills and knowledge to work effectively and efficiently

Essential requirements of this Team Manager role include:

* Degree or equivalent in Social Work
* Registered with Social Work England
* Previous managerial experience
* Eligible to work in the UK
