Practice Manager - Assessment & Intervention Team - West Sussex - Up to £50,725 per annum

Location - Crawley

We require a frontline social work manager to work in an assessment and intervention team in West Sussex. In this role you will have manageable caseloads, good access to administrative support and reflective supervision.

The assessment and intervention service has been redesigned to focus on providing more children with help at an earlier stage. The goal is to provide more interventions, alongside assessment and effective planning for children to ensure that there is sustainable positive change.

The teams work closely with a range of partners including those delivering Early Help. All work is under pinned by the Signs of Safety Model and the child's experience is at the heart of our service: which means that everything we do and the way we do it can be explained in terms of impact and best outcome for the child. to Safeguarding Investigations and child protection planning where appropriate.

Essential requirements:

* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Qualified as a social worker
* Degree or Diploma in social work
* Full UK licence holder
