Team Manager - Children in Care Team - Medway - Up to £48,659 per annum

A social work qualified Team Manager is required to join a Children in Care Team based in Medway.

You will be joining Medway's vision on supporting Children and Young people to make them feel safe and secure whilst ensuring Children and Young People's voices are listened to and acted upon.

Responsibilities of this Team Manager role include:

* Lead, manage, and motivate experienced staff and newly qualified workers, whilst also deputising and supporting the Group Manager where necessary
* Build effective working relationships, demonstrate strong analytical skills and robust understanding of the care proceedings process
* Focus on the delivery of outstanding care planning to ensure children and young people experience the best possible care and achievement of permanence at the earliest opportunity

Essential requirements of this Team Manager role include:

* Degree or equivalent in Social Work
* Registered with Social Work England
* Hold a full UK driving license
* Eligible to work in the UK
