Salary: Flexible (DoE) plus bonuses

What will you be doing as a Support Services Manager?

* Day to day management of our Support Teams that work alongside our Sales and Recruitment divisions
* Forging relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers
* Performance management for the team (daily flash meetings, monthly PDP's, desk diagnostics, mentoring and coaching)
* Hiring new team members in line with our growth plans and managing the onboarding experience for them
* Implementing processes to maximise attraction, retention and placement of our external workers
* Implementing strategies for 3 teams to ensure that they keep pace with external market changes as well as growth and change in our organisation

As an ideal candidate for this role you will have:

* A track record of people management, ideally 10+ heads
* Excellent time management and organisation
* A demonstrable track record of levels of developing people and delivering measurables against business objectives
* Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
* The ability to deliver company and group vision to your direct reports to inspire exceptional performances
