We are currently looking for a hardworking, organised, personable individual to join our Resourcing Team as a Business Administration Apprentice where you will provide support to the Resourcing Team to help attract quality candidates to apply and register with our agency. In return, you will be supported to complete a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration with a leading training provider through our training academy.

As a Resourcing Apprentice, you will be responsible for;

* Posting job advertisements on to the Liquid Personnel website and external job websites
* Attracting applications by ensuring advertisements are well-written, accurate and appealing
* Proof-reading and quality-checking colleagues' written work
* Managing job postings online and on our candidate database
* Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date candidate database
* Using CV databases and other sources to find suitable candidates for our vacancies
* Assisting with other resourcing and administration duties as required

Required skills or experience:

* At least 5 GCSEs at grades A* to C, including English and Maths
* Strong written communication skills with excellent spelling and grammar
* Strong attention to detail
* A positive and hardworking attitude
* Willingness to learn new skills
* The ability to cooperate and work well as part of a team
* Previous administration experience or experience in an office environment would be desirable but is not essential
