Advanced Practitioner - Children's Teams - Home Counties - Salaries up to £43,300 per annum + bonuses

Liquid Personnel are exclusively working on a range of Advanced Practitioner / Senior Practitioner roles around the Home Counties. This is an excellent opportunity for highly experienced Social Workers who are looking for progression and career development.

Duties as an Advanced Practitioner:

* Undertaking initial visits
* Completing holistic Child and Family S.17 and S.47 assessments and enquiries
* Completing ICPC reports
* Undertaking direct work and family network meetings and multi-agency meetings
* Working with colleagues from Health, Education, Police, private and voluntary organisations to provide positive outcomes for children and their families
* To work with families to engage them in safety planning for their children
* Workers are responsible for ensuring that children's electronic case files are up to date, reflect the children's views and wishes and that the families lived experience is reflected in their work

Requirements as an Advanced Practitioner:

* Must be a qualified Social Worker and be Social Work England registered
* Must have extensive post qualifying experience
* Practice Educator desirable
* The legal right to work in the UK
