Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting and Social Work Team Leader to join a Children's Safeguarding Team based in Twickenham.

The successful candidate would be someone who can work flexibly, has excellent communication skills, and can work collaboratively to achieve shared outcome

Duties as a Children's Safeguarding Team Leader include:

* Casework supervision of Social Workers, including Senior Practitioners and ASYE's
* Assisting with overall management and development of the team
* Authorisation of child and family assessments, child protection investigations (S47's) and conference reports
* Chairing of strategy meetings, and PLO meetings
* Overseeing safety planning with children and families
* Overseeing of Care proceedings till Final Hearing - quality assuring court statements and care plans, as well as supporting social workers in attending court and giving of evidence
* Our manageable caseloads, supportive management structure and flexible technology ensure that we achieve good outcomes for our children, young people and their families and maintain a high-quality service

Essential requirements as a Children's Safeguarding Team Leader include:

* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
