Advanced Practitioner - Children in Care Court Team - Northamptonshire - £41,318 to £43,283 + £6,000 Welcome Bonus!

Liquid Personnel currently have an opportunity for an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join the Children in Care Court Team based in Northamptonshire.

The team provide oversight for children subject to legal proceedings as well as children with a plan to remain long term within their care, therefore as a successful candidate, you will need to focus on building meaningful relationships with young people, their families and their carers to ensure that the future of every service user is planned effectively.

Duties as a Children in Care Court Team Advanced Practitioner include:

* Deliver best practice and support to children and families.
* Manage a complex and diverse caseload to the required standards.
* Confident in analysis and decision making to deliver purposeful and effective social care.
* Ensure high quality of practice through supervision, performance management and improvement techniques.
* Complete CIC review paperwork, care plans and PWP's.
* Provide a social work service, to a high professional standard, for individuals, families, and groups in an anti-discriminatory manner.
* Empower children, young people and their families/carers by listening to their views.
* Provide written reports, in a variety of different formats as required by the receiver of the court.

Requirements as a Children in Care Court Team Advanced Practitioner include:

* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
