School Social Worker - Swindon - £37,061 to £40,072 per annum

Liquid Personnel currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Worker to work as part of a Schools Project based in Swindon.

The successful candidate will gain valuable and unique experience and skills whilst working in a role that will shape future services to help make a real impact on the lives of young people and families across Swindon.

What you will be doing:

* Based within a school setting, supporting designated safeguarding leads and educational and pastoral colleagues in safeguarding children and young people.
* Working to help school staff help children and young people more effectively.
* Act as the primary support in school for safeguarding issues and will liaise with the Children and Families Front Door (MASH).
* Connect the needs of children, young people and parents and carers to locality resources.

What we are looking for:

* Degree or equivalent in Social Work
* Post qualified experience
* Registered with Social Work England
* Eligible to work in the UK
