Liquid Personnel have recently partnered with Warwickshire Children's Services to provide them with an experienced Lead Practitioner (social work qualified) for their Initial Response Service.

As a Lead Practitioner you will act as a role model, evidencing good Social Work practice. You will also be providing support and mentoring less experienced staff across the initial response service.

This role offers a clear line of progression and your development into a management role.

* Qualified Social Worker, with post qualified experience within Children's Social Care
* Hold a UK driving license
