Assistant Team Manager - Children & Families - Norfolk - £32ph 

Our Client in Great Yarmouth urgently requires an experienced Assistant Team Manager to aid in the organisation and development of the Children and Families Social Care Services. The successful candidate will contribute to the management, delivery and operation of a range of services to meet individual needs.

As a Family Support Assistant Team Manager you will have experience of: 

  • Assisting the team manager in managing a team
  • Holding supervision 
  • Prioritising and allocating workloads within the team 
  • Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with policy and procedures
  • Good knowledge of child protection legislation
  • Able to give solid advice when having case discussions and supervision
  • Quality assuring cases and practice 

As an Assistant Team Manager, you MUST be: 

  • HCPC registered 
  • Eligible to work in the UK 
  • Full UK license holder
