Assistant Team Manager - Referral & Assessment - Reading - £38 per hour 

An exciting role has become available in the Referral & Assessment team in Reading. Our client requires an Assistant Team Manager ( Social Worker ) to help run the team. Strong management experience in Children's Safeguarding is essential.

As an Assistant Team Manager, you will have experience of: 

  • Managing a social work team 
  • Holding supervision 
  • Experience of budgets 
  • Conducting initial visits 
  • Taking cases to panel  

As an Assistant Team Manager you will: 

  • Be HCPC registered
  • Be eligible to work in the UK
  • Have a full UK license
