Team Manager - Child Protection Team - Cheshire West - £35ph   
             
An opportunity has come up for a Team Manager to join the Child Protection Team within Cheshire West. The successful Team Manager must have had some Children Looked after/ Child Protection experience and are confident with Court proceedings. As a Child Protection Team Manager you must have the ability to manage a team and oversee Social Workers effectively.

As a Team Manager on the Child Protection Team you will need some experience of:            
  • Liaising with other professionals
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Working with children on the Child Protection Register, Looked after Children and Children in Need.
  • Good knowledge of Court Work
  • Managing Social Workers
  • Chairing Child Protection Meetings
  • Writing in depth assessments
  • Working with Public Law Outline (PLO)
  • Single Assessments
  • Writing Care Plans
  • Child Protection meetings
  • Case conferences
  • Attending LAC Reviews
