We are looking for a money motivated and ambitious 360 recruitment consultant who can work in a highly energized and fast paced environment. You will be joining an ambitious and successful high billing desk in temporary social work recruitment.

Who do we want? 

You will be a hardworking, money motivated team player who wants to further your career in Recruitment. You will have some recruitment experience ideally in a fast paced Temporary market, be self-motivated and have a positive attitude.

 

Key tasks

Managing a temporary social work desk, you will thrive on working in a busy, fast paced environment, where you will build solid relationships across all levels with your clients and candidates. You will love being busy and be enthusiastic about bringing on new business. 

 

- Resource your own candidates and pre-screen.

-Effectively promoting Liquids services to ensure that we are the preferred agency for candidates

-Proactively place your candidates onto contracts.

- Candidate calling on a daily basis including lapsed Candidates

-Maintain and increase existing client relationships.

  -Prospect for new clients seeking new business development opportunities.
