Team Manager - Duty and Assessment - Bournemouth - Up to £41ph  
  
This is a Team Manager role within Children & Young People Services, Early Help Family Support Hub. The role is to manager the Family Programmes Team who delivery group and 1-2-1 evidence based programmes to families, children and parents. You will need previous experience of management and supervision experience.

As a Duty & Assessment Team Manager you will have experience of:
  • Managing a team of social workers 
  • Conducting supervision to ensure professional and consistent service delivery to - clients 
  • Allocating caseloads 
  • Working in partnership with other service units 
  • Staff recruitment  
You will be:
  • HCPC registered
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • A full UK license holder
