Purpose of the Job

Manage the flow of data and documentation between clients and assigned consultants.

Ø  Allocating work to project workers

Ø  Diary Management & Scheduling appointments.

Ø  Maintain accurate records using Excel

Ø  Produce management information reports

Ø  Liaise with clients by phone to ensure that projects run smoothly

Ø  Liaise with project manager in relation to new projects and the candidate requirements

Ø  Participate in planning process for implementation of new projects

Ø  Support the Projects Team in booking in assessments with Social Workers.

Ø  Minute taking during client meetings

Ø  Accompanying the project manager at monthly meetings with clients and multi agencies

Skills Required

The successful candidate must be a confident user of Excel/Word applications and a confident verbal and written communicator. The desired administrator will have excellent customer service skills, good organisational skills and an eye for attention to detail having experience in maintaining sensitive data. The successful candidate will also be able to work well under pressure and produce quality work in agreed timescales, whilst prioritising and organising personal workload.


Qualifications Required

At least 5 GCSE Grades (C and above) or equivalent, including Maths and English

Previous Experience

Minimum of 3 years administrative experience using excel packages

Working Hours

37 hours per week
