Team Manager - Children & Families - Lancashire - £38p/h 

An experienced Team Manager is required to join the Children & Families team within Lancashire. The successful applicant will have experience working across multi disciplinary spectrum at a strategic level & have a Detailed knowledge of legislative framework, in regard to social care and social policy.

The successful Team Manager will have experience of:
  • Working in a busy, fast paced environment
  • Managing a team of Social Workers and Support Workers
  • Liaising with other professionals
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Chairing strategy meetings 
  • Carrying out supervision 
  • Dealing with complaints
As a Child Protection Team Manager, you must be: 
  • HCPC registered
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Full UK license holder
