Assistant Team Manager - Child Protection Team - Oxford - up to £39.81 p/h   

We are recruiting for an experienced Assistant Team Manager to join one of our teams in Oxfordshire. As an assistant team manager, you will be supporting the manager with supervision and case handling. Whilst also support senior's and social workers with Court Work and complex cases. You will also work to safeguard children under the Child Protection or Court Frameworks.

As an ATM, you will have experience of:    

• Working knowledge of the Children's Act 
• Court Proceedings 
• Child protection Care proceedings 
• Attending Court & relevant reports 
• Section 47s 
• Core Assessments 
• Child protection meetings 
• Case conferences
• Supervision
• Supporting and mentoring less experienced Social Workers 

You MUST be…    

• HCPC registered 
• Eligible to work in the UK 
• A car driver
