Team Manager - Children with Disabilities - Dorset - up to £41 per hour

We are currently have an exciting position for Team Manager of a Children with Disabilities Team. A proven experience in management is essential, knowledge of Child protection is also wanted, along with experience in children with disabilities. The team is based out of Dorchester, and the desired candidate should be able to start on a short notice period.

As a CWD Team Manager, you will have experience of:   

  • Section 47s   
  • Knowledge of CWD would be desirable but is not essential
  • Initial assessment
  • Liaising with Clients and Professionals/Agencies   
  • Risk assessment  
  • Experience of working on a duty Desk   
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation  

As a CWD Team Manager, you will:

  • Be eligible to work in the UK
  • Be registered with the HCPC
  • Have a full UK licence with access to personal vehicle
