Child Protection Case Auditor - Reading - £41ph  
     
We have vacancy in Reading for an experienced Child Protection Case Auditor. As a Case Auditor you will be monitoring and reporting on quality assurance and audit activity across the directorate. You will also ensure that written analysis and reports are completed to a high standard in line with agreed governance structure and in a timely manner. 

Previous post qualified experience as a Case Auditor within a similar role is required.

To regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the directorate’s audits tools and Quality Assurance Framework, making recommendations for increased effectiveness and any changes required to meet the directorate’s ongoing business needs. To contribute to the monitoring of quality assurance activity across the directorate 
To work with mangers and staff to implement improvement identified as a result of audit findings, and quality assurance activity

You will have experience of: 
  • Assisting the team manager in managing a team
  • Holding supervision 
  • Prioritising and allocating workloads within the team 
  • Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with policy and procedures
  • Good knowledge of child protection legislation
  • Able to give solid advice when having case discussions and supervision
  • Quality assuring cases and practice   
As a Child Protection Case Auditor you MUST:   
  • Be HCPC registered 
  • Be eligible to work in the UK 
  • Have a full UK license
