Deputy Team Manager - Barnet and Chase Farm Hospital - North London - £34 per hour

This is an exciting opportunity to join Barnet and Chase Farm Hospital Team in a managerial role. Successful candidates will be working in an Integrated Hospital Discharge Service Management Team. 

Barnet and Chase Farm Team supports an integrated approach to managing care of people who require support upon discharge from acute hospital. The team consists of an Advanced Practitioner, Social Workers and Community Care Officers. Candidates must be post-qualified and previously experienced in senior or managerial roles.

As a Hospital Discharge Social Worker, you will have experience of:

  • Hospital Work 
  • Supervision
  • Safeguarding
  • Mental Capacity Assessments
  • Complex caseloads
  • Carrying case loads and meeting agreed targets 

You MUST be:

  • HCPC registered
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Previously experienced in senior roles
