Team Manager - Child Protection Team - Bracknell Forest - £38ph 

A Team Manager or Assistant Team Manager is required in Bracknell Forest to assist the current Team Manager who will be doing reduced hours. This role will also be to cover an Assistant Team Manager position in another similar team who is on long term leave.

Successful candidates must be flexible, can work across 2 teams and must be able to assimilate new ways of working quickly.

As an Team Manager you will be experienced in:

  • Child protection teams
  • Undertaking section 47
  • Taking cases to 
  • Child Protection conferences
  • Writing Child Protection reports
  • Chairing core group meetings
  • Doing direct work with children
  • Managing complex cases

You will need to be:

  • HCPC registered 
  • Eligible to work in the UK  
  • A full UK licence holder
