Principal Manager - Fostering Team - Stoke on Trent - up  to £42 per hour 

Our client in Stoke on Trent is looking for an experienced Team Manager / Principal Manager to work in a Fostering Team. Successful candidates will be directly responsible for three operational elements, supported by a Practice Manager for each, including: supervision and support; assessment; and recruitment and retention.

Our client ideally needs driven and experienced Group Managers that can really come in and hit the ground running to manage the Fostering Teams and their Managers.

  • Experience in SGO assessments 

As a Fostering Team Manager you will have experience of:

  • Knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Holding cases
  • Proving support to foster carers
  • Form F Assessments
  • Assessing prospective foster carers
  • Conducting initial visits
  • Taking cases to panel

You MUST be:

  • HCPC registered 
  • Eligible to work in the UK 
  • A full UK license holder
