Service Manager - Hospital Discharge - Brent - Up to £50 per hour
Brent require a qualified and experienced Hospital Discharge Service Manager to join their team. The Service Manager will be responsible for managing 4 Deputy Team Managers who supervise all the staff. This role is on a temporary basis to cover secondment. This is a key role and the post-holder will be responsible for a large team of 32 staff in total so only quality and experienced candidates will be considered for interview.
The breakdown of the team is 4 Deputy Team Managers, 14 social workers, 8 Care assessors, 3 Hospital Liaison Officers.

As a Hospital Discharge Service Manager you will:
- Have strong managerial experience
- Be experienced in supervision
- Quality assuring practice
- Be experienced in Hospital Work
- Be experienced in Safeguarding
- Be proficient in Mental Capacity Assessments
- Be able to hold Complex caseloads
- Oversee case loads and meeting agreed targets
- HCPC registration
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Previous post-qualified experience
- Experience in very senior roles
