Team Manager - Permanence Team - St Helens - £35p/h

Our client are currently looking for a team manager to become part of their children's permanence team in St. Helen's. If you are looking for a post which will provide challenges, variety, and opportunity and you have significant post qualification experience in children's social care; this post will be ideal for you.

As a Team Manager, your responsibilities in a Permanence Team will include:

  • Helping to manage a case load of children who are looked after by the local authority
  • Holding more complex cases 
  • Undertaking statutory duties 
  • Maintaining up to date records
  • Providing supervision and feedback 
  • Working well as a team and as an individual 

As a Social Worker, you MUST be: 

  • HCPC registered 
  • Very experienced in children's services
  • Eligible to work in the UK 
  • A full UK license holder
