Senior Social Worker - Leaving Care - Norfolk - £32ph 
Based in Dereham 

Our client in Norfolk is recruiting for a Senior Social Worker / experienced Social Worker to work in a Leaving Care Team. 

As a successful Senior Social Worker you will be responsible for completing pathway plans and managing a high caseload. In order to be successful in this role you must have previous statutory social work experience.

Duties as a Leaving Care Social Worker will include:
  • Promoting independent living skills for people aged between 16 – 21 years leaving care, which involves achieving appropriate accommodation, training, education and employment
  • Managing a high caseload
  • Statutory reviews
  • Employment assessments
  • Duty work
  • Managing the leaving care grant
Essential requirements:
  • HCPC registration
  • A social work qualification
  • Eligibility to work
  • A full UK license holder
