Social Worker - Children's Assessment Team - Central Bedfordshire - up to £32p/h

We are currently looking to hire a social worker to a children's assessment team in Dunstable, Central Bedfordshire. The successful candidate will have previous assessment experience within a children's services team.

As a Children's Assessment Social Worker, you will:

  • Complete initial/core assessments
  • Attend LAC reviews
  • Carrying out section 17s, section 7s and section 47s
  • Attend children in need meetings
  • Complete child protection visits
  • Attend pre-birth conferences
  • Oversee supervised contact

As a qualified Social Worker, you must have:

  • A quick thinking social worker who is used to the high demands of referral and assessment work
  • HCPC registered
  • Eligible to work in the UK
