Social Worker - Children's Case Management Team - Dorset - up to £35 p/h

We are currently looking for a Social Worker to join a Children's Case Management Team in Dorset. As a Social Worker you must have previous Child Protection experience, however court experience is not essential. The main duties of this role is conducting Core Assessments and work with children who are the subject of Child Protection Plans and managing cases where children are the subject of Care Proceedings.

You will have experience of:           

  • Working knowledge of the Children's Act 
  • Child protection Care proceedings 
  • Attending Court & relevant reports 
  • Section 47s 
  • Core Assessments 
  • Child protection meetings 
  • Case conferences            

You will need to be:           

  • HCPC registered 
  • Eligible to work in the UK  
  • A full UK licence holder
