Team Manager - Initial Response - Newcastle - £194.41 per day

A team manager is needed for an initial response team in Newcastle. In this role, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day social care given by the initial response team; ensuring that all assessments are carried out to a high quality standard. Due to this, you must have prior experience of being a team manager or assistant team manager of a children's social work team.

Some of your responsibilities as an Initial Response Team Manager include:

  • Ensuring assessments and plans are completed within timescales
  • Making sure that good quality reports are prepared and presented in a timely fashion
  • Taking appropriate action to ensure the safety of Newcastle children safety
  • Providing professional support and advice to your team

Essential requirements:

  • HCPC registration
  • Qualified as a social worker
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Previous management experience
