Team Manager - Child Protection / Children in Need - Dorset - £41 per hour

We require a Team Manager to work in a Child Protection / Children In Need Team in Dorset.

In this role it is essential that you have previous Child Protection experience. As a Team Manager you will be expected to lead and motivate the team and ensure all colleagues work effectively.

As a Child Protection Team Manager, you will have experience of:       
  • Ensuring high standards of social care is given
  • Managing a team of 8 social workers
  • Having excellent communication skills
  • Making sure your service meets agreed levels of care and targets
  • Being a part of case decisions 
  • Liaising with other professionals and/or statutory agencies
  • Providing professional support and guidance for social workers in your team
As a Child Protection Team Manager, you MUST have:
  • HCPC registration
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Previous management experience
  • A full UK license holder
