Team Manager - Children's Safeguarding - Nottinghamshire - £39 per hour 

We require a Child Protection Team Manager to work in a Children's Safeguarding Team in Nottinghamshire. 

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of dealing with a mixture of assessments including Child Protection, Children in Need, Looked after Children and Public Law Outlines.  You will also ideally need to have prior experience of working as a children's team manager in social services.

As a Child Protection Team Manager, you will have experience of:       
  • Ensuring high standards of social care is given
  • Managing a team of social workers
  • Having excellent communication skills
  • Making sure your service meets agreed levels of care and targets
  • Being a part of case decisions 
  • Liaising with other professionals and/or statutory agencies
  • Providing professional support and guidance for social workers in your team
As a Child Protection Team Manager, you MUST have:
  • HCPC registration
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Previous management experience
  • A full UK license holder
