Team Manager - Children's Locality Team - Dorset - £41 p/h
A Team Manager is needed to support the assessment process in a Children's Locality Team in Dorset.
In this role you will triage new referrals to the team. Successful candidates will ideally have experience in working in area/field work teams that undertake CP, CIN, LAC and court work. Previous Assessment work experience and management experience is also required.

As a Children's Locality Team Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring high standards of social care is given
- Managing a team of social workers
- Making sure your service meets agreed levels of care and targets
- Being a part of case decisions
- Liaising with other professionals and/or statutory agencies
- Providing professional support and guidance for social workers in your team
You will need to be:
- Registered with the HCPC
- Qualified as a social worker
- Eligible to work in the UK
