Advanced Practitioner - Duty and Assessment - Nottingham - £35 per hour

In this role as a senior social worker you will be responsible for engaging children/young people through a variety of direct work methods. It is essential that candidates have extensive experience in a statutory Referral and Assessment role.

This will be for a duration of 10 weeks and you will be expected to carry a case load that either needs stepping up to child protection or stepping down to early help or closing the case.

As a Duty and Assessment Senior Social Worker, you must have demonstrable experience of:

  • Attending court
  • High quality written reports 
  • Section 47s 
  • Core assessments
  • Working knowledge of the Children's Act 
  • Court proceedings
  • Working as part of a dutyteam 
  • Care proceedings 

You MUST be:

  • HCPC registered 
  • Eligible to work in the UK  
  • A full UK licence holder
