Team Manager - Duty and Assessment

Team Manager - Duty and Assessment - Blackpool - £40 per hour

Blackpool require an experienced Duty Team Manager to provide additional support to the existing Duty Teams. The Manager will be experienced at chairing meetings, i.e. strategy and care planning and will have a sound understanding of thresholds.

Duties as a Team Manager:

  • Managing a team of social workers
  • Quality assurance of cases
  • Quality assurance of systems and processes
  • Working on a Safeguarding team previously
  • Good knowledge of current legislation
  • Auditing of cases 

You will be:

  • HCPC registered
  • Eligible to work in the UK
