Team Manager - Fostering - Gloucestershire - Up to £42,870 Per Annum

Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced team manager to join an independent Fostering agency in Gloucestershire.

The successful candidate will be required to support the service manager across the service area in leading the development and growth of the fostering business in terms of quality and quantity of carers; maximising current office capacity and creating new carer capacity and placement numbers, increased staff efficiency and effectiveness, improved margins and profitability.

Duties of this Team Manager Role:

* Demonstrate a dynamic approach to the growth and sustainability of the service and evidence a creative eye for opportunities to expand the service
* Provide a quality assurance role for annual reviews and form F assessments

Deputise for the service manager as required

Essential Requirements:

* A social work qualification
* HCPC registration
* Post-qualified experience
