Team Manager - Youth Justice Service - North London - £49,464 to £52,482 per annum

We are looking for a team manager to work in a youth justice service in North London. The ideal candidate will need to be a resilient and authoritative practitioner who places children and young people and their welfare at the heart of your practice.

You'll manage complex cases, planning intervention and support in a timely manner and, always, making sure that children and young people's voices are heard, positively influence your practice, and recorded consistently. The post will primarily manage the Out of Court Disposals team.

You will contribute to the management of the multi-disciplinary youth justice service in order to meet the strategic objectives of the YJB plan:

* Reduce the number of children in the youth justice system
* Reduce reoffending by children in the youth justice system
* Improve the safety and wellbeing of children in the youth justice system

Requirements:

* HCPC registered
* Eligible to work in the UK
* A full UK license holder
