Social Worker - Referral and Assessment - Kingston - Up to £42,684 Per Annum

Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced social worker for a permanent position within a children's referral and assessment team for a client based in Kingston. This referral and assessment team respond to all children's social care referrals received by the Single Point Assessment team (SPA). Referral and Assessment investigates concerns about a child's safety or well-being, make an assessment of the risk and protective factors in the family and decide on the most appropriate course of action.

Duties of this Social Work Role:

* Initial/core assessments
* Section 17s, section 7s and section 47s
* Attending LAC reviews
* Attending children in need meetings
* Attending pre-birth conferences
* Supervised contact
* Child protection visits

Essential Requirements:

* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Completed ASYE
