Social Worker - Referral & Assessment - Hillingdon - £33,948 to £42,684 per annum

We require an experienced social worker to work in a referral and assessment team in Hillingdon.

If you are passionate about providing good quality services to vulnerable children and families and keen to join our team you'll need to be flexible, highly motivated, an effective communicator with a non-judgemental approach, and well able to build trust and maintain strong relationships with families and partners.

Successful social workers need to be flexible, highly motivated, effective communication with a non-judgemental approach, well able to build trust and maintain strong relationships with families and partners. Good IT skills and organisational skills are also key attributes that you will need in order to work in a paper-free environment and make good use of technology.

Duties as a Referral & Assessment Social Worker:

* Initial/core assessments
* Section 17s, section 7s, and section 47s
* Attending LAC reviews
* Attending Children in Need meeting
* Attending pre-birth conferences
* Supervised contact
* Child Protection visits

Requirements:

* Social Work England Registration
* The right to work in the UK
* Social work degree
* Previous post-qualified experience in frontline settings
