Social Work Team Manager - Children with Disabilities - Swindon - £50,000 per annum + £3,000 bonus

We are currently looking for a social work team manager, to join our clients Children with Disabilities Team in Swindon. The service consists of 20 permanent members of staff including 2 FTE Assistant Team Managers and 10 FTE Social Workers.

The service fulfils all its' statutory responsibilities in relation to children in need, child protection, children looked after and the provision and commissioning of short breaks. The performance at Swindon is outstanding and the quality of our direct work with children, young people, families and parent carers demonstrating evidence of consistent improvement and innovation.
