Duties of this Social Work Role:

* Provide an efficient and cost-effective service to young people
* Make sure all service users have a professional and comprehensive pathway plan and risk assessment
* Investigate, evaluate and analyse information on cases
* Ensure adequate recording that evidences practice
* Develop practice which takes a holistic view of the individual
* Need to be familiar with Equal Opportunities, good practice and the council requirements for diversity
* Ensure that all case management complies with the statutory requirements
* Ensure the team manager is kept fully appraised of problems arising from the workload
* Attend reviews, various meetings, and court when/if required for each case

Essential requirements of this Social Worker role:

* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
