Social Worker - Duty and Assessment - Lancashire - Up to £37 Per Hour

We are seeking an experienced social worker for a duty and assessment team in Blackpool. This is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to work alongside dedicated professionals who are committed to providing an effective child centred service to children in Lancashire that are in need of support and protection.

Duties of this Social Work Role:

* Engaging children/young people through a variety of direct work methods
* Understanding children's safeguarding processes
* Carrying out court work
* Managing a varied and complex case load
* Writing concise, fit for purpose reports/court statements
* Working as part of an effective team
* Inputting into children services data systems (Mosaic; ICS)

Essential Requirements:

* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
