Social Worker - Community Mental Health Team - Part Time - Bromley - £28 - £32 per hour

We are looking for an experienced social worker to work in a part time community mental health team - CMHT in Bromley.

The successful social worker must have strong statutory experience, working as a qualified social worker, within a community mental health setting.

Responsibilities as a CMHT Social Worker:

* Carrying out care act assessments
* Working collaboratively with health professionals
* Working directly with people with mental health needs

Essential Requirements:

* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Previous CMHT experience
